Shipping policy

OUR SIMPLE SHIPPING INFO:

• Shipping within the US is always FREE
• Orders shipped within the US are sent via USPS or UPS.
• Orders shipped outside the US is shipped AT OUR COST, calculated by delivery address, using discounted USPS or DHL, whichever is cheaper.
• Tracking info is provided for every order as soon as it ships.
• Shipping times vary depending on the ship-to address.
• Generally speaking, delivery (production + shipping) takes 3-8 days from the order date within the US.

PLEASE NOTE: All of our products are custom made-to-order when you make your purchase; typically, that is within two or three days, depending on how many orders are placed each day. Orders are then shipped within 1 business day of being completed, with rare exceptions (for which we will let you know right away)!
