It's quite simple: you purchase your portrait, then give us - or point us to - the picture you want us to work from.

If you have a picture you want us to use, you can upload it, email it to us, or send it via Messenger or SMS text message.

Or, you can simply give us the listed address and we will look it up on Zillow or Redfin. Typically, you'll want the main 'first' picture, but you can specify any picture in the listing.

All our portraits are unique, custom-made-to-order creations.

Depending on how many orders are in the queue, the typical time frame to create YOUR portrait once your order is placed is:

• Single canvas portrait: 2-3 days

• Triptych (3 pieces): 4-5 days

• Metal print: 4-5 days
  
  As soon as we're done producing your piece, we frame it, pack it up, and ship it out to you.
  

Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days once we ship.

All told, this means you can expect to receive your portrait in approximately 5 to 10 days after you place your order, depending on the type of portrait you select.

(Please keep in mind, much as we'd like to, we cannot control shipping times once your order is handed over to the shipper.)

Pre-orders allow busy agents to "pre-purchase" from us.

For agents with expectations of closings coming up, but aren't here yet, pre-orders allows them to save 15%-17%, and know their orders will get bumped to the front of the queue when they're ready!

All our portraits are created by local artisans in beautiful Hawaii - which also happens to be where we live!

Know that your happiness is our first and only concern!

If for any reason, you are unhappy with your portrait, you can send it back to us (at our expense), we will re-create it for you, and prioritize getting it out to you ASAP.

Alternately, you can send it back to us for a full, no-questions-asked refund.

Yes, we are happy to ship orders directly to your client to make this process as easy as possible for you.

We purposely do not include receipts in the box for this very reason!

Just make sure that you enter your client's address as the shipping address at checkout.

You've probably seen 'floating' frames without thinking "Hey, that's a 'floating' frame!"

"Floating" frames create the illusion that the painting is 'floating' inside a frame.

Due to the extra materials and craftsmanship involved, they can be more expensive than traditional frames, but create a clean, contemporary, premium look - which is why we use them exclusively!

"UL GREENGUARD"is a certification program by Underwriter Laboratories that focuses on indoor air quality.

It helps identify and verify products with low chemical emissions, such as building materials, cleaning chemicals, and paints & inks, contributing to healthier indoor environments. The program tests products for emissions and "off-gassing", and certifies those that meet stringent standards, with "Gold" being their highest / cleanest safety level.

All our paints and inks are "UL GREENGUARD Gold" certified.
